Look no further for that black velvet skirt! This is a simple black velvet A-line skirt with a nylon zipper in the center back with hook and eye closures, and gathers at both hips. It is unlabeled. Excellent condition. The Waist is 26 inches, Hip 42 inches and length 27 inches. Not clipped because it was too tight to fit our mannequin. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
